Can I transfer my authenticator to my new phone?
No. There is no way to transfer the authenticator to a new phone. You can, however, remove the authenticator from your current phone and re-enable it on your new phone. Remember to log out from your account on your old phone!
Why aren’t I receiving SMS messages!
If you are unable to receive SMS messages from Steam, check with your wireless provider to ensure that your wireless account is allowed to receive them.
